We have been in the dental industry for over 50 years and have 3 generations proudly working within the Posca Corporation.

Jorge Posca Sr. came to the United States from Argentina in 1956 and opened his first dental lab in 1957. That small, one-man lab has since grown into a thriving Family Business. With multiple, very successful labs, a private design and manufacturing firm, and now Dental Supply Sales.

Alex Posca has over 50 years of experience in the dental lab and dental manufacturing industry. He started working with his Father at the age of 17 at a full-service dental lab. Jorge Posca Sr. taught Alex everything he could about the dental industry, including dental manufacturing. Mr. Posca decided at a young age to specialize in removables with his late brother Jorge Posca, and they had one of the biggest dental labs in Southern California- Posca Brothers. Posca Brothers is still a well-known, respected lab run by AJ Posca. After running both Posca Brothers and Shoreline Dental Lab simultaneously, Mr. Posca decided to also move into manufacturing. Posca Dental Supply is one of the biggest distributors of hydrocolloid machines and hydrocolloid in the USA, servicing over 1500 + locations.

Noelle Posca grew up in the lab. She remembers stamping lab slips with the Posca Brothers logo as a kid or spending summers in the lab office. She can relate to a technician, lab owner, or someone needing repair service on their dental unit – because she’s been there. She truly loves helping people in the dental industry get the services they need. Posca has become a recognized and trusted name within the industry. Because we started as one small lab and grew into what we are today, we fully understand the needs of both large and smaller operations.
