Poscas Automatic Acrylic Injector permits a fully automated, controlled injection and polymerization procedure of Poscas All Purpose High Impact acrylic that coordinates perfectly with this system. The shrinkage of the acrylic is entirely compensated during polymerization thanks to the patented temperature control in the flask and the heater. This enables the fabrication of denture base acrylics that feature a high accuracy of fit and precision.
No water bath, no pressure pot for curing – a 110V electrical connection and an air compressor with a PSI of 140 / 6 Bars is all that is needed.
